Enduring the harsh rules of Matron Beetle at the Oak Tree Orphanage, a small, forgotten bug named Dot clings to quiet faith until she finds sanctuary at the Garden School. There, her teacher, Miss Clara, discovers Dot's writings and lovingly welcomes her into her Rosebush home as a daughter. Surrounded by her new father, George, and three siblings, Dot heals through prayer and unconditional love, finally realizing she was never forgotten by her Creator.
